1. Seller

This store is run by Maciej Jurek, Ogrody 21, 85-147 Bydgoszcz, Poland, email: yurass@wp.pl, as an unregistered business activity under Polish law (działalność nierejestrowana). The seller is not a VAT payer.

2. Product

The Air Travel Survival Kit is digital content: PDF files and a link to a Google Sheets template. Nothing is shipped physically. The content is general travel information and does not replace official airline, airport or government rules, which can change. Always check the current rules of your airline and the airports you use.

3. Price and payment

The price shown at checkout is the final price. Payments are processed by Stripe. The contract is concluded when the payment is confirmed.

4. Delivery

Download links are shown immediately after payment and sent to the email address given at checkout. Each link is valid for 48 hours and for a limited number of downloads. If your link expires, write to yurass@wp.pl and you will get a new one.

5. Right of withdrawal

Consumers in the EU normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, this right is lost once delivery has started, if the consumer expressly agreed to immediate delivery and acknowledged losing the right of withdrawal. At checkout you give this consent by ticking the checkbox. This does not affect your rights if the content is faulty or does not match its description.

6. Complaints

If the content does not work or does not match its description, write to yurass@wp.pl Complaints are answered within 14 days.

7. Licence

The kit is for your personal use. You may print it and share it with the people you travel with, but you may not resell or publish it.
