What data we collect and why
When you buy, we collect your name, email address and order details to deliver the product, send download links and handle complaints (contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), and to keep records required by law (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR). Card details are entered directly with Stripe and never reach this website.
Who receives your data
Stripe (payment processing), our hosting provider and our email delivery service. Stripe may process data outside the EU under the safeguards required by GDPR.
How long we keep it
For as long as needed to deliver the product and handle complaints, and for the periods required by tax and accounting law.
Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, its correction, deletion, restriction of processing or a copy of it, and you can object to processing. Write to yurass@wp.pl You can also complain to the Polish data protection authority (Prezes UODO).
